According to 'the work Plan for the cultivation of intellectual property advantage Enterprises in Hebei Province', 'advantageous enterprises' should have higher quantity and quality of intellectual property rights, strong ability to protect and apply intellectual property rights, and the market competitive advantage of intellectual property has been initially formed. Meanwhile, it can influence and drive a large number of enterprises to use intellectual property rights to effectively enhance their market competitive advantage with its regional influence.
